Tasting Notes
Colour: Wine of straw yellow colour, brilliant.

Nose: Fresh and fruity aromas of pear, pineapple and peach. There are also floral aromas (rose) with slight tones of flower honey.

Palate: Delicate, yet full, with a good balance of body and acidity. Exceptional, lush white wine with overwhelming complexity and fine taste of pear, pineapple, peach and roses. Filling, with an extremely long finish.

Wine Making
This Tierra de Castilla white wine is produced exclusively from first pressings, and is aged for a minimum of six months.

Seafood, pizza and fish (sushi).
