Tasting Notes
Dry light red wine, coral pink in color. Prounouced scent of peach, strawberry, and cherry and delicate nuances of violet, vanilla and wild flowers. Pleasant full-flavored tasting, but also fine, lively and lingering.
Wine Making
Harvest at end of September. Manual harvest and white winemaking with 24 hour skin contact maceration, followed by the separation of the first-pressing must, which corresponds to 20% of all the pressed grapes. Long fermentation in steel containers at controlled temperature.
Food Affinities
Outstanding with Italian hors-d'oeuvres such as ham and melon or litchis, first courses in general, dishes based on fried fish and white meats. Serving temperature 10-11°C.
