Tasting Notes
Dry white wine, straw green colors with greenish nuances. Wild flowers and golden apple with vanilla flavorings on the nose. Soft, full-bodied with lingering olfactory sensations.
Wine Making
Harvest for Chardonnay, Tocai, Riesling and Sauvignon the first ten days of September. Harvest for Cortese in half September. Harvest for Garganega and Trevviano Toscano in half October.
Food Affinities
Excellent with dishes based on raw or cooked fish. It blends with important dishes. Serving temperature 10-11°C.
