Tasting Notes
Dry white wine, yellow color with straw green nuances. Lightly aromatic scent of flowers. Perky and well balanced.

Wine Making
Harvest for Chardonnay, Tocai, Riesling and Sauvignon the first ten days of September. Harvest of Cortese in half-September; Garganega and Trebbiano Toscano in half October. Soft pressing and fermentation in steel containers at controlled temperature.

Food Affinities
Aperitif par excellence, it matches well with hors-d'oeuvres, first courses, shellfish, and fish in general. Serving temperature 9-10°C.
