Tasting Notes
Light straw-colored, with greenish reflections, vivid. Fresh and delicate scent, with a pleasant smell of vine blossoms, cherry tree and elder. Dry, full-bodied and pleasantly harmonious taste, with a bitterish aftertaste. This wine should be savored when young but it wouldn't leave you unsatisfied even if drunk after a few years.
Wine Making
Harvest from half September to half October. Stems and stalks removing, soft pressing, fermentation temperature at 15°C. Steel fermetnation and rise.
Food Affinities
Rice, roasted or grilled fish, white meat, fresh or semi-mature cheese, vegetables flans and eggs. Serving temperature 10-12°C.
