Varieties: Numerous and
ancient grape varieties are used among the commonest: Grenache, Cinsault,
Mouveidre, Syrah, and Carignan. Distinctive wines are produced thanks to the sun
and the surrounding landscape.
Tasting Notes: Very palatable, with aromas of berries (blackcurrant and
blackberry) and spices. The red fruit taste is quite strong with subtle tannin
flavor. This is a pleasant and easy-to-drink wine.
