BERGERAC
BLANC 2005

Varietal: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon, 10% Muscadelle

Tasting Notes: The fresh, delicate nose is enhanced with aromas of citrus and pear. On the palate, these blend with soft spice notes. The abundance of fruit lingers on the finish, yielding a remarkably versatile wine that will pair well with a wide range of light dishes and its perfect by itself.


 

 

BERGERAC
ROSÉ 2005

Varietals: 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes: This light fresh rosé from the 2005 vintage has a charming mix of strawberry and spice in the nose. It is well balanced and fruity on the palate, and has the good acidity that leads to a crisp, clean finish. This will be a great spring and summertime pleasure with light cuisine or by itself.


 

BERGERAC
ROUGE 2004

Varietals: 45% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes: The wine begins with a rich, fruity fragrance of blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate it is supple and well-rounded, with a pleasant array of dark fruit flavors. The soft texture carries through to the finish, yielding a delightfully easy-drinking all-purpose red. Try it anytime.

BORDEAUX SAUVIGNON 2005

Varietals: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes: Lean and crisp, with ribbons of bright pear, citrus and grapefruit slicing through layers of luscious complexity. The “sustainable agriculture: certification give the guarantee of the producer’s commitment to respect the environment

BORDEAUX ROUGE 2003

Varietals: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25 % Merlot

Tasting Notes: A richly textured wine dominated by the dark fruit flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon. Dense blackberry and cassis flavors preside on the palate. These come together with spice flavors to create a very pleasant finish. We suggest this with grilled and roasted meat dishes.

HAUT MÉDOC 2003

Varietals: 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 1% Petit Verdot

Tasting Notes: Bright carry aromas introduce this very pleasant medium-bodied red. The palate is round and full with cherry and plum fruit. The finish adds a light herbal touch that will make it an interesting complement to any pasta or red meat dish.

CANON FRONSAC 2003

Varietals: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes: The experience begins with complex aromas of dark fruit, spice and herbal notes. The flavors on the palate are dominated by rich merlot fruit. This lovely example of 2003 the very ripe concentrated fruit flavors that have made this vintage a favorite of many. A wine to pair tonight with richly flavored dishes, or reap the rewards of aging for another 3-5 years.

M A R – T H A N C O O – V A Y L A P U H – Z A Y)

Saint-Estèphe 2002

Varietal: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot

Tasting Notes: Deep aromas of cassis and herbs, with hints of vanilla and smoke. The wine is medium bodied with round full flavors of mulberry and spice. The tannis are soft and silky, which add greatly to the velvety finish of oak and spice. This is a wonderful wine for an elegant meat dish.

MÉDOC CRU BOURGEOIS 2003

Varietals: 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: The bouquet is a complex array of blackberry, cherry, violets and oak. This wine is yet another fine example of the dense, concentrated, ripe fruit flavors of the 2003 vintage. It’s big, dark and rich with a long and elegant finish. This is a full-bodied red that will enhance any richly flavored dining experience.

SAINTE- EMILION 2004

Varietal: 80& merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: The nose is an aromatic blend of sweet cherries, plums and spice. The wine has the classic soft elegance of St. Emilion, with moderate tannins that give it and easy to enjoy texture. The finish combines the plum and light cedar flavors, which will make this a winner with any full flavored meal.

 

(B O – S A V – J H U R E)

BORDEAUX ROUGE 2004

Varietals: 35% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc, 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: A medium-bodied unoaked Bordeaux with abundant fruit and soft delicate tannis. The palate is dominated by cherry and raspberry flavors, which carry to the finish and mix with light spicy notes. This will be a very pleasant match with pork, fowl and a large variety of pasta dishes.
