Yvecourt,
Bordeaux Rouge

Grape Varieties
60% Merlot
20% Cabernet Sauvignon
20% Cabernet Franc

Vinification
Yvecourt wines are made in accordance with the traditional method. The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed before macerating perfectly naturally for 15 days. The wine is then matured in vats on the finer lees to give it flesh, body and maturity. The Yvecourt has made the conscious decision not to use wood so as to avoid masking the taste of the wine and to respect the fruity qualities of the grapes. Thanks to modern traceability techniques, Yvon Mau can check the origin of each batch. This provides a guarantee of security for the consumer and distributors,
