The Côtes de Castillon is a region on the "right bank" in Bordeaux, near St. Emilion. The wines of this area are similar in style to those of St. Emilion. They are elegant and aromatic, with Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes being dominant. Because Côtes de Castillon is not as well known as St. Emilion, the wines offer great value.
