Sauvignon 100%.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically and then pressed. The alcoholic
fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
(16 C) using yeasts specially selected for their ability to bring out the full
aromas; of the Sauvignon grapes.
Tasting notes
Bright, very pale yellow colour, with green highlights.
Clean, intense and extremely complex nose with hints of citrus and
blackcurrants.
A first impression of roundness, with good balance and acidity.
Food pairing
This wine is best served chilled to accompany seafood or as an aperitif.

Vinification
Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks with twice daily pumping over
the must during the alcoholic fermentation, which takes place at a controlled
temperature of 25-30 C.
Tasting notes
Crystal-clear, bright cherry colour. Intense nose with wild hints mingling with
aromas of ash and rose petals. Elegant and delicate on the palate.

This wine is best served at a temperature of 64 'F to accompany cold leg of
lamb, a vegetable gratin... |
