10% Muscadelle
40% Semillon
Vinification:
The must is racked at a temperature of 8'C. The alcoholic fermentation is
started by adding yeasts that have been specially selected for their ability to
bring out the varietal aromas of the grapes, and takes place at 18'C in
temperature- controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is aged on fine lies for
three months.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Bright, pale yellow
colour with green highlights.
Nose: An extremely concentrated
nose with a dominant aroma of citrus fruits and yellow fruits such as pears and
peaches.
Palate: On the palate, this wine
is extremely full with a good balance of richness and acidity. |

45% Cabernet Sauvignon
10% Cabernet Franc
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested by machine and
are vinified in stainless steel vats in the traditional manner. The wine is
pumped over the must twice daily throughout the alcoholic fermentation which
takes place at a controlled temperature of 25'-30'C.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Beautiful red colour
with purple highlights.
Nose: Rich and fruity (red
fruits, blackcurrants, etc).
Palate: Extremely supple and
well-rounded, developing into a full-bodied wine with velvety tannins and a
powerful aroma of fruit. |
