Tempranilla Tasting Notes Aromas of red fruits and liquorice are followed by the soft rounded fruit flavors characteristics.
Once chosen the ideal moment for harvesting the grapes, we extract the whole potential of the Tempranillo by means of maceration to adapted temperatures to obtain suitable concentrations of all three factors of quality: aroma, colour and structure.

Vino Blanco Tasting Notes Slightly straw-colored yellow with
greenish reflections. Vinification We obtained Marques de Caro Blanco complexity and delicacy by using the most modern vinification system and selecting the grapes on the vineyards. Fermentation is made under controlled temperature in steel tanks with appropriate treatments with optimal timing.
