100% Tempranillo

Whole Bunches of grapes are placed on the deposits and the alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation is controlled and achieved with low temperatures. This way we obtain harmonious, Perfumed, Cherry-red colored wines with voilet hues, an smooth, round intense aroma of the grape variety and very persistent.

Vina Mantibre Crainza 2001

100% Tempranillo

The fermentation is short with high temperatures producing reduction components which are very good for the ageing. He remains in oak cask for 18 months. The result is a Cherry-red wine with delicate aromas with hints of fruit and vanilla. It is smooth, round, and tasty in the mouth.

Vina Mantibre Reserva 1999

90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano

Made with stalked grape, strict controlld malo-lactic Fermentation and later classification. This wine aged in oak cask for 24 months. With a cherry-red, with elegant aroma and complex reduction notes. Tasty, round, well-balanced in the mouth, with hints of fruit and a long persistence.
